Here are some pics from around the neighborhood. Corn planting has been going at a lighting fast pace. I have never seen so much corn planted in such a short amount of time. Seems like there have been a lot of lights moving on the horizon till the early am since it finally dried out. A few guys are done. I still need a good long day and a little more. Just a couple of clear days and everybody can start on beans. They are calling for rain overnight tonight and again friday and saturday. After planting 520 acres of corn in two and a piece days it seems like 240 more acres should be a piece of cake, weather permitting! bill

This looked like a really good idea couple of times.
There is my real helper working ground on the next farm over from where I was planting. He says if I would quit wasting 3 or 4 hours sleeping every night we could get more done!
