Sandblasting - Troubleshooting a Pressure Blaster

Problem: No Air or Abrasive Coming Through the Nozzle
Possible Cause: Clogged nozzle, due to the use of improperly graded abrasive or reuse of abrasive without straining. If abrasive is of the wrong grit (large particles) or has not been grade properly,
it will always clog in the small orifice of the nozzle. To fix, stop, depressurize unit, exhausting all air. Clean out nozzle with a fine wire and reassemble. If necessary, remove all improperly graded abrasive and replace with a finer grade. Strain all abrasive, even new abrasive, to minimize this problem.
