Okay you guys,
Saturday, I've gotta go fetch a darned tractor that is 130 miles away.
I've already told ya how I hate this chore. Absolutely and totally hate it.
Don't like doing the process; it makes me nervous and just plain wish I didn't have to do it, but gotta get 'er done.
Got a clunky old Ford pickup and a tired old trailer that I 'think' will do the job (it's got tires and lincense plates on it anyway). Gonna take 4 heavy log chains and maybe even some binders if I can find the darned things.
This is a job that is just suited better for other folks. :>(
Any advice? Should I carry a bottle of Jack? Or, should I just carry along the bottle jack? :>)
