Allen: I believe the heifer has a stomach that is partially torn loose .It (bloat) will happen time after time (only way to fix is to reattach the stomach Very expensive--- Send her to the packer as soon as possible). If she bloates up the day before you are going to take her to the sale barn, you can mostgennerally put her in the stock trailer and drive her over rough gravel roads for 10 or 15 min. and usually it will go away.
