About 30 years ago I was looking to buy a few items from this old scrap yard. There was another guy looking at one of the same items I was and he was first. He told the owner of the yard he wanted to get the items but wouldn't be able to pay for them or get them till the next day. The owner looked at the guy and said, money talks and BS walks. Long story made short, the owner sold the items to me. Now I don't remember what I bought but I'll never forget that money talks and BS walks and in my opinion that's the only way to deal, buying or selling.
