Two thoughts.1) when you pulled the tractor together did you use excessive force and bend the disk which will not allow the clutch to fully release.2)If the disk was installed upside down with the oil slinger towards the pressure plate the same thing will happen.One other thought would be if the transmission grease was changed from 90W to Hy-Tran the lower viscosity oil would increase the wind down time of the gears before you could shift.
