I have really good luck with Tri County Equip in Caro. I have a skidsteer which they don't see very often but they take the time to find the parts I need.
I was having trouble getting a 2 piece seal in correctly. i took it in and the service manager put it in for me - no charge. I am lucky here because this is a big JD area I have 5 deaer stores within 40 miles. All owned by the same company.
