I don't think you're likely to find any speed control on your loader valve. It's got mostly to do with cylinder and hose size. Mine used to be pretty quick on one of my loaders,then I broke the ram in the cylinder. It was obsolete,so I went with the nearest one I could find from Northern Tool. It runs about half the speed that the old one did,and it's the only thing different in the whole system.
