Ron, there are no tractors that will be safe on very steep terrain. So mow the leveler spots with almost any tractor large enough and leave the real steep to a machine that's guaranteed not to tip. I saw one of these machines at Empire Farm Days in NY State last summer. They only have 2 wheels and mow about 6 foot. The machine tilts to any angle, I believe up to 45 degrees and maybe more. the mower stays on the contour of the ground and the part you drive stays level using micro switches. They are quite a machine and very costly also. They are designed to mow covered over land fills. I know they are made in Long Island, NY. Good luck mowing.
