most are collectable, the rest are "interesting" but heres a idea i thought of, having had bad experiences with the last 2 garden tractors i bought due to cheap overall construction,; most of those older garden tractors and riding mowers were fairl;y heavily built, back in the day, they didnt have computers to tell them how thin they can make them so the "average american' can still get a year or 2 out of them, so the pratice seemed to be, ' if in doubt, add more metal, so even if say one brand isnt considered 'collectable' wouldnt it be well worth it to restore/ rebuild it anyway, not for show but for regular use? seems to me you would wind up with a better quality unit than you can buy today just a idea
