We've been dealing with this issue off and on for a couple of years now.
The drain hose is very hard to see since it only sticks out about 1/2 in. Agree with the other post, if its draining at all, run the A/C and try to find the drip. Too much stuff in the way too see from the top, easier to find from under the truck. You'll need a flashlight. Maybe 1/2 way up the fire wall on the passenger side and maybe a foot from the outside. Hard to explain and ours is a diesel.
I can take a pic this week end, but won't be able to post it until Monday night or Tuesday.
Trying to work a wire up in there was not very successful for us. Tried different stiffnesses of wire, but couldn't get any of them up in the drain very far and couldn't get it clear using a wire.
Finally got it open by taping about 18 in of 2 in o/d flexible plastic hose to the end of the shop vac. Turned the vac on and got the end of the flexible hose over the drain and pushed it against the fire wall to get some vacuum on the drain. The vacuum got whatever was blocking the drain out.
