well obviously the whole story is not being told..........a passer by noticed that a man was trying to force open a door........police called.........police get there and find door open with the Prof. inside..........he is asked to show the police his ID and he refuses........then yells that "this is what happens to black people in america"...........officer again asks for ID.....Prof. is loud and obnoxious.......but gives ID.......officer then procedes to leave...........he is followed OUTSIDE by the Prof. who continuse to yell and scream that the cop is racist (for checking on what first appeared to be a break in) and the officer askes hem not once but twice to calm down and not be disorderly or he would be arrested........Prof continuse to yell and alarms several people passing by and is then arrested for being disorderly............article fails to mention that one of the responding officers is black...........point being guy was a butt and acted like a butt and is now trying to down play his behaviour by throwing the race card around......
