This past saturday, I had the honor of being a guardian on Honor Flight, from Dayton Ohio to Washington DC. My 90 old grandfather, a WWII veteran, was also on the trip. About 35 WWII vets were on our trip, and about 10 Guardians. For those whom dont know, Honor Flight is a privte funded program that takes WWII vets to Washington DC to see the new WWII monument. Now that the monument is complete, Honor flight is trying to get as many vets to the monument as fast as they can to see it before they pass on. It was truley a awesome trip. We flew to Balitmore, got on a bus and went to the WWII monument, Iwo Jima monument, Vietnam monument, Korean monument, Lincon Memorial, Arlington national cemetary, Changing of the Guard at the tomb of the unknown soldiars, and Air force memorial. Truley a awsome experiance, especially with my grandfather. When we arrived at Baltimore, there was a large group of people there to greet us, shaking the veterans hands, thanking them for their service. Throughout the day, people walked up and thanked the vets for their service. If anyone knows of a WWII vet who has not been to the WWII monument, Look up HONOR FLIGHT. It is a free trip to veterans, cost about 275 to be a guardian, but the guardian spaces fill up fast.

Jon's Allis has a small front loader and though it doesn't carry much, it serves his needs. It was the hard starting and low power that made him think it was time to replace the old girl. Jon called me to help him discover why his tractor wouldn't start
