Burr Dunno about the fuel...that's mostly taxes isn't it? But the retirement of equipment sounds like the sort of thing that is usually directed at fleet vehicles and larger companies. You might double check on the particulars, small farmers and light users may be exempt. Good Luck If not maybe the older tractors could come under a vintage vehicle exemption like antique cars :-) Kim Hartshorn
