If it's a county/city owned/maintained road I would aggrivate the road commissioner to no end eventually he will get tired of hearing from you. It is cheaper to build your own home the way you want it on property that is paid for, instead of trying to turn an already built home into something you like all costs considered. $200 more per month for how many more years?
