have done 2 of the ECC relays in the last year on the older trucks. One would just cut out going down the road. The base had a bad conection were two wires went into a conection. The other would start when it wanted to. That ECC relay had a set of bad contacts in the relay. Both got replaced with a solid state relay Good luck
P.S. also check the body grounds. Hitting the snow banks might just flex the frount end enough to break the ground to your ignition modual
