Well, I'm just thinking the guy told you one head was better than the other for a reason. Perhaps it's warped or cracked, or the guides are bad, or the valve seats are bad? That's what I meant by more/worse problems. I understand wanting to do it yourself, but you can't magnaflux that new head yourself, or grind it. Unless you're sure it's good, stick with the one you have. But again, most people here know more than me.
