For the money of that Dr chipper and I would think that it is $3,000 or more. You could get a tree removal crew to do all the work and get it all chipped up in a 1 day flat rate of $3,000 or so with 5 young punks with strong backs. My neighbor used to cut up trees for a living and he told me that 10 years ago he charged $2,000 for a 4 man crew per day for lot clearing.
