I'd pay $500 without giving it much thought. But, I'm too cheap to pay any more for it. It has individual wheel brakes, a full synchronized Warner transmission, etc.
Past couple of years there has been increased interest in Shaws - mostly the four wheeled tractors. There is a big Shaw tractor show/meet every year in Galesburg, KS where they were built. I've been collecting them for 30 years and bought many for $50 - $100. Past few years - I've seen many like you describe sell for $500, $1000, and sometimes more. The R12s with the twin-cylinder Wisconins sometimes go even higher. I'm too cheap to spend big money for them and don't buy much anymore. If you don't want it - and it's anywhere near New York - let me know and I'll buy it.
