It evidently is worth whatever you paid for it.As for converting it to 540 PTO, that is a big job, requiring both removing the rear housing and also splitting at the bell housing.The 1000 rpm PTO option is not going to make it significantly more valuable.These tractors usually fetch between $2,000 and $4,500, depending on condition and location,
