Those prices seem low to me. No hay ads in any papers here now. Been that way for over a month. I sold out back in August and sold it cheaper than I'd like to have. Best I got for 2nd cutting alfalfa was around 4.50. Now small squares are going for 8.00 and will probably go higher. Some round bale prices are in the 60.00 neighborhood. A lot of guys are baling corn fodder too. Those bales are going for 25.00. With our drought it's going to be tough on people feeding hay. Sure wish I hadn't sold all that hay last winter for 2.00. I know I won't be pushin so hard anymore just to get the barn empty. Ya just never know. God bless.
