I have no idea about the tractor. It looks like its been there awhile, though. Take some more pictures from a couple different angles though, and I'm sure someone could identify it. Someone might even offer to buy it, too, depending on where you're at. For those that get a "red X" instead of the picture, right-click on the red x, and go to "show picture." Sometimes that will get the picture for you.
