I always looked at this way the person selling the item owns it and do what ever he wants with it. If I want it bad I put in a good large bid that is what i think it is worth then sit back and wait. If I get out bid well that was my max I put in so I guess its like any auction sometimes you get outbid. I had some pistons on ebay a while back never got a bid so when this local guy wanted them I pulled the item and sold it to him, had there been a bid I would not have done that. Walt Treat other's you would have them treat you. Life is to short to fight over simple things. and the older you get the shorter it gets.
