Hey guys, not bragging now, just stating a fact. Texas, is the only state that can fly the state flag equil to or higher than the American flag. The thing that bothers me about flying the American Flag is to see one on a staff that has the trailing edge ripped to pieces and the colors faded out. Also that should not be flying at half mast, but on land it should be half staff. God Bless America....and TEXAS
