Sorry to hear about Bad weather in MO haven't heard from brother-n-law in Buycrus MO since storm . Some times if you look around you can find small power units real cheap .People buy them and keep a few years let set with Gas in tank when they go to start them no luck . I have two units I have purchased for less than $100 one is 2700 watts & other is 5500 watts both units all I had to do was clean Carb & gas tank & 5500 watt unit I also had to Flash the fields to get going . I added Electric starter to 5500 watt unit & use it for back up power for home also have wood heat for back up . These units are Contractor units but do good job as back ups .
