Old is in the north edge of the ice, Springfield and around it looks like a twister has hit except there is no insulation in the trees. I have been off since friday night, came back on once friday night and again sat. morning for about 30 min each. I have a 15000 alt. my Uncle and I are shuttling it between our houses on about 12 hr shifts. Empire Electric has some back up but the REA substation is still dead.
