Bill, If you're not going to keep him then send him on down the road right away. Because you will get attached to the old thing pretty quickly and miss him when he goes. My little Rat Terrier here is a girl named George. I know she's worthless and weak but she is still all dog and I find myself missing her when I'm gone hunting for even a couple of days. As others have said, thanks for being kindly to one of man's best friends.
