July 30, 1987-3:00p.m. Last smoke after 25 years of following a pipe around. It's not fun for awhile, and you'll still get the urge once in a while for several years. The effort is definitely worth the discomfort. I'm now 63 and have excellent lung function and health otherwise. Stillout cutting firewood all winter,etc. I know I wouldn't be able to do it if I hadn't stopped when I did. Good Luck, Paul
