If I understand the grey tractor issue correctly, grey tractors are tractors built for foreign markets imported as used into the US. In other words, tractor brand X built for South America, Europe, Asia, etc. bought as used and then imported here. I have read posts about grey Kubotas, Fords, and John Deeres, so evidently any make can be a grey tractor. Parts are not interchangable and therefore hard to get, but it would seem that a creative parts dept. could get them from the manufacturer but would probably be big $$. Someone with a machine shop could possibly make some of their own. As far as non-domestic tractors go, I think there are d@mn few completely domestic tractors, if any.
