I'm in Dunlap TN, 25 miles north of Chattanooga. Around here to get the value of used equipment, I think people weigh it, then multiply the weight by the price of gold for that day. I have come to believe that people around here would rather let it rust into the ground than sell it. And if I am selling something, they want me to pay them to take it and deliver it to them.
