I understand e.d. for utilities - it's ugly, but the only resonable way to put in pipes, roads, lines, etc. As it has been ruled of late, it is a horrible afront to the very principles this country was founded upon. I can't imagine what possible point the judges could have clung to to make it pretend to be legal to take private property & give it to other private owners. I see this as the biggest threat to our country at this time. --->Paul
