O/T dairy sale results

Our local Holstein club had their annual sale Thursday,prices were up slightly from a year ago.45 head averaged $1750 Can $$$,top seller was a Titanic from many gen VG or EX looking like a VG first calver before too long for 4400,nice VG 2yr old sold safe in calf completing 7gen VG for only 2100.Open heifers,mostly great pedrigrees,and all fine looking individuals most sold for around 1000 and some for less.Calves brought 500 and less except for a few extra fancy ones for alittle over 2000.Hope this isn't TOO O/T for most of us,appologies if it is,phill
