You have good advice already but here is what I would do. Try the easy simple fix first. Add a bottle or 2 of heet and cross the center cyls. plug wires. Rev the motor a few times and this should get it to back fire thru the carb thus opening up any blockage. I assume the firing order is 153624. This works on my 6 cyl. farmall and might work on an Oliver. If it does not work check gas flow into and out the bottom of carb. Good luck.
