I know where hes at, my doctor forced me to retire, I was driveing truck and when he found out he said your retired. As far a a seat I don't think there is one that will really help. If he has a brace for his back tell him to wear it and also limit his time on the tractor. I still do my own hay and even drove a dozer today. What usto take me a day to do now takes me a week or more. Like when I mow hay I mow for an hour or so and then walk away. Tell him to do as much as he feels he can do and then stop theres always tomorrow and if he chips away at it, it still gets done just takes longer
