I would try to find someone who has a waste oil furnace set up. A friend of mine has a waste oil fired boiler that heats his Auto shop and tire store. He burns all the oil his business generates and has a truck with a pump and a tank to go get oil from other businesses. He told me that he actually gets paid to haul off used engine oil from some businesses and has not bought any heating oil in the last 2 years, which is a tremendous savings for him. I bet there is someone in your area doing the same thing and I would try to find them by researching dealers of waste oil burners. Personally, I live on a gravel road, and tend to dispose of my used motor oil as dust control in that road. I do it in small amounts, and no one says anything to me about it--I don't think it hurts a thing. But I wouldn't try to get away with spreading 300 gallons! That would be asking for trouble I don't want to deal with.... Good luck!

Jon called me to help him discover why his tractor wouldn't start
