It is easy, except for the pump being so dang heavy. Drain the hydraulic oil. Remove the output plumbing. Remove the filler cap and plug the pipe. Remove the drive couplings and pump drive shaft. Support the pump, and remove the mounting bolts. Be careful not to get any dirt in the fill pipe or the output ports when the pump falls off the jack as you try to lower it. If you are going to do much in the way of maintenance or repairs, getting a manual will make it much easier.
