I am not that familiar with the Bobcat skid loader,but if it is anything like my case SL,the guage reads hydraulic filter restriction. The filter is on the inlet side of the hyd pump,and the guage connected between the filter and pump tells when restriction is too high and the filter should be replaced. The correct guage should be marked in inches of Vacuum. The wisconsin engines rarely have an oil pressure guage,they are splash oiled with the oil pump suppling oil to the splash nozzles at only a few psi.
