Jim, I looked into this for you. The rebuilt carburetor you ordered was not available and your credit card was never charged. They attempted to call you several times but got a busy signal. When they finally got through, your answering machine apparently says to the caller "Don't Leave a Message". They were trying to call you to say that a rebuilt carb was not available but if you had a core they could have it rebuilt, or they had a new replacement carb available. I've asked them to send you an email with an explanation. The fault on the customer service end was they stopped calling after several attempts to reach you by phone. Sometimes these old carbs are hard to find. I hope you get your F-40 back in shape for mowing soon! Kim
