Even though it's been changed it still sounds like the egr solenoid. A bad solenoid can send screwy signals to the ECM. Had this happen on an Accord. I know this is made in a different country and all but it was sending bad signals to the ecm and the ecm was adjusting all the settings to the bad signals. It can make your truck lean out or run too rich.
