Specs. on tach or speedo cables?

I'm looking for a mechanical tachometer cable for a Case 580CK backoe. I put a newer 207D engine in it, so I'm not sure the standard cable would fit even if is was available. Looks to have standard fittings and I suspect there are many ready-made cables available that would fit. Problem is, I've been unable to find anyone that sells cables, that can give me specs - including this Site. I called and they don't have any specs other than lengths. None of the local dealers stock cables so I can't look to check for fit.
So, if anyone has a source for specs, please advise. The cable I need can be 54 to 64 inches long. Tach. end of cable needs a 5/8" X 18 nut with square drive cable end (standard 7/64"), and drive end of cable needs a 7/8" X 18 nut with a tang drive (standard 5/32" pin with tang). I know many tractors, as well as cars and trucks have used this same configuration. This site shows an Oliver cable that looks right and is 60", but I don't know what the ends are. Deere uses the correct lengh cable on the 420-430 series (AM3131T), but again I'm not sure what the ends are.
