If it runs it might be worth that, but with no clutch you are barkin' at a winch truck to haul it. If it was in good runnable shape, I'd think it would be worth 6 to 8K. One thing is that those big IH 4 wheelers were made by the Frank Hough (of Payloader fame) construction equipment division which is a good thing in that Hough knew how to make good tough construction equipment but a not so good thing in that they are now orphaned in terms of getting parts, being part IH and part hough. Might have some luck at a Dresser dealer as Dresser took over Hough when IH went down the hopper. Definite collector value for a dyed in the wool IH fan, tho.
