A spade is not always a spade. In some parts of this world in might be called a shovel. My point is different implements go by different names depending on where you are located. Bush Hog? Oh ya, that's the rotary mower I hook behind the Ford to mow the road ditch. "Drag Harrow"? Let's see, in my part of the country, it could be a disk, a digger, or a drag. MidWesterners tend to keep things simple and easy to understand. Another example, is it a "wheatland" or a "standard" meaning standard fix tread. You see, spades aren't always spades.
