Andy I have a 10-20 tractor that had rust in the tank. A guy in our tractor club said to get 5 pounds of roofing nails and a piece of dog chain and some water , put it in the tank and strap it to a rim of a tractor and start the tractor, and put it in gear and let it go. Work really good on my tank , then went to napa and got some red koat to seal it . quick and eazy. 10-20
