I'm thinkng that 70 production ended around '53 or so. I have a 70 ind and the operaters platform area kinda resembles a Roman Chariot,Flat sided fenders with a little return in the front to the body of the tractor, with a 3/8 pipe welded on top to provide a rounded edge. The serial # is on a tag riveted to the block, right above the dipstick. Mine is 308xxx, indicating its a '44. There were two engines used in them , the Oliver 6 and a Waukesha 6 The Oliver engine has the manifold , magneto, and carb on the drivers right. The oilfiller is above the magneto, and the oil filter is in front of the starter. The trans is a 3 sp. and there is a cover near it for the 2sp lever used on the Airport 25 model It has turning brakes, and a long glove box on top of the trans. Hope this helps, I'll watch for your reply. Dale
