Flail mowers won't take anywhere near the abuse a rotary cutter will!! Use a flail mower on stumps and rocks much, and you will go broke keeping it working! I've easily had the best luck with Woods brand rotary cutters, and my next one will be a Woods BB (Brush Bull) like Indy bought!! Robert
