Prayers and stuff...

I hesitate to post this but...
I feel so sorry for that little boy that was in the accident.
About 30 miles from where I'm sitting right now, we've had 7 people killed this summer, each and every one was a truck slamming into cars stopped for road contruction....trucks cruising down the highway...cruise control on and the driver (apparently) asleep at the wheel.
These are 3 seperate accidents I'm talking about.
I don't know if any of you all know this, but the hours of service regulations for truck drivers was changed earlier this year. I think I'm right about all this, but I may be somewhat wrong...so take it as such
It used to be that you could legally drive 10 hours in a 24 hour period....now its something like you can drive 14 hours and then you have to have so much time off....i'm not sure about the actual times...but what I'm getting to is this, If things like this are happening more and more, then something is sure as HECK wrong and we all need to get this straightened out.
My heart just goes out to every family thats had a horrible tradegdy this summer.
What makes me wonder if this change in laws has had some effect on all this.
I'm just throwing this out guys, something I think we should all think about. I can only imagine what a driver feels like after something like this....is horrible for all concerned.
One of the reason I'm saying this is that a buddy of mine who drives a truck told me it wasn't gonna work.
I'm praying for the boy, and for all in the same boat
