Went to look at the Russian Beast. It has good new tires, cab, good Allied 595 Loader with qick change - bucket, forks and round bale grapple. Starts and runs well. Had recent hydrolic work - it all responded well. They are asking 14000 CDN. Now the bad stuff. Random oil leaks. Breaks a little soft. It will take a month to figure the shift pattern. Odd pieces of lincage diconnected. Now the real kicker- the hood says 5150 the plate at the back says 5170, built 1994. 20HP is a lot. How can I tell what it really is. My guess is the plate on the back which is rivited to the battery cover was switched. It is a 4 cylinder. Any thoughts, advice, warnings etc on this tractor. Thanks, Grant
