Hi Kajun, My son helped set up a new Ag business about 5yrs ago. Here the city/county/state all had there say as too diesel storage and all wanted a concrete holding sump installed. They never asked about nor wanted gasoline storage. While talking with the inspectors, one had said on "fixed installations" so the next question was, what is not "fixed". Tanks with wheels as that comes in on DOT rules and regulations but if the tank never leaves the property then DOT has nothing to say. Under a 1000gal was also important, how I don't remember. T_Bone
