I too was troubled by those postings. In my business I deal with a lot of clients on an annual basis. It is impossible to please them all. Some will complain each year about some aspect and no matter how hard we try, we can't make it right. I would hate to think that they could take their complaints and vent them publicly in an attempt to sabotage my living. These people are not telling both sides and shouldn't be telling it at all unless they are absolutely and unrefutably postive they are right.
