just talked to my banker and he told me a good one. Seems he bought a tool on ebay for a realy good price but the guy was new and had low feedback. So they agreed that the item would be sent first with payment to follow upon delivery. OK so far, When the item comes there is reference to the ebay seller then another reference where the item was billed to a party on the other side of the country? Woah now. So he did a little searching and found out that there are other unknow charges on said persons credit card. Apearently this ebay seller was using others credit cards to purchase itens online after he had sold them on ebay and having then shipped to the 2nd party. Then he wanted payment by paypal or some other unknown charge thing (gold something) So watch out guys.
